The Sportsbetting ag Survivor Contest Rules

1. 1. SportsBetting’s $300,000 NFL Survivor Contest begins Week 1 of the 2024 NFL Season and continues through Week 18; the postseason is not included.
   2. Registration opens on Thursday, July 18th, 2024 and closes on Monday, September 9^th, 2024 at 8:05 pm ET. Note: If you register for the contest on Sunday, September 8th or Monday, September 9^th, only games on the Week 1 schedule that have not started will be available for selection.
   3. Contestants must have a valid SportsBetting account to register for the Survivor Contest.
   4. Contestants can participate in the Survivor Contest by purchasing at least one entry at $30 per entry.
   5. Contestants can enter the $300,000 Survivor Contest up to 25 times. Additional entries are available at a discounted rate:

1. All entry purchases are deducted from your SportsBetting Sportsbook balance.
2. If you do not purchase all 25 entries, you can come back and purchase more entries at any time until the deadline – Monday, September 9^th at 8:05 pm ET.
3. Registration for the Survivor Contest is only available online. You cannot register via phone, chat or email.
4. All sales are final. There are no refunds.

How to Play

1. Contestants must select one team to win its game outright each week of the NFL Regular Season. Point spreads are irrelevant.
2. If the team you select wins, your entry remains alive and you select a team for the following week.
3. If the team you select loses or ties, your entry is eliminated.
4. Once you select a team for a week, that team is not available for selection for the remainder of the contest.
5. The contestant(s) that have entries remain alive, without selecting a losing team, is the $300,000 Survivor Contest winner.
6. The contest ends on Week 18 of the 2024 NFL season, or when there is only one contestant remaining; whichever comes first. i.e.: If three contestants remain in Week 15 and two contestants select losing teams, the remaining contestant is declared the winner.
7. If multiple contestants remain alive after Week 18, they will split the $300,000 evenly.
8. If a game is canceled or postponed for any reason and the game is not played before the following Wednesday, both teams scheduled to play in that game will be graded as losers.
9. SportsBetting reserves the right to modify the rules of this contest without notice.

Early Bird Purchase Promotion

1. From Thursday, July 18^th to Sunday, August 18^th, 2024, SportsBetting is offering an early bird promotion for advance purchase of NFL Survivor contest entries.
2. During the promotion period, every player that purchases three or more entries in the $300,000 NFL Survivor contest will receive an additional entry free of charge.
3. The free survivor entry will be credited by Wednesday, August 21^st, 2024.
4. Free $300,000 NFL Survivor entry is non-transferable.
5. SportsBetting reserves the right to alter or amend the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time, without notice.

Making Contest Selections

1. To make your weekly pick, simply select the team you think will win its game outright.
2. Each game locks at its associated kickoff time.
3. Once a pick is made, the selection may be changed at any time until the game locks. At this time, the selection is confirmed and may not be changed.
4. You must submit picks for the current contest week before 8:15 pm ET on Monday night.
5. If you do not select a team by this time, your entry will be graded as a loss and is eliminated from the contest.
6. If a team is not available for selection this indicates the game has already locked, the team was previously selected or the team is on a ‘Bye’ week.
7. If there is a ‘W2’ next to a team, this indicates you used this team Week 2 and it is no longer available for selection.
8. Once you select a team, a confirmation will appear on your screen informing you that your selected was saved successfully.
9. If you still have additional entries, keep repeating the procedure until you have submitted your picks for each entry.
10. Selecting an entry will automatically load the matchups for the current NFL week.

$300,000 Guaranteed Prize

1. The 2024 Survivor Contest features an accumulating prize, starting with a guaranteed prize of $300,000.
2. If the total entry fee amount exceeds $300,000, the additional funds will be added to the final prize.
3. Prize money is paid as a cash prize with no rollover requirements.
4. Prize money is credited to contestant’s SportsBetting accounts within 72 hours after completion of the contest.
5. Prizes are non-transferable.
