William Hill Sportsbook at the Plaza Las Vegas

The layout isn’t bad but you need to get lucky to get a seat in front of the game you bet on. The games are on two walls on opposite sides of the sportsbook. The seating is in the middle with several couches and comfortable chairs available. If you have action on more than one game and both games are on the same wall in front of you then you are in luck. If not, then get ready to have a bad neck from looking over your shoulder all day.

Import things about this sportsbook. There is no food allowed. There is also no food service. Even if you buy food in the casino they will not allow you to bring it into the sportsbook. Sort of stupid considering there is an excellent pizza place in the Plaza. While the seating is comfortable I wouldn’t watch a game here if some better places are available. The reason is this sprotsbook doubles as a homeless shelter. Most of the homeless people in the book are really nice and just having a little fun watching the games. However, there are a few who do everything they can to interrupt the tourist in their sportsbook. They will stand over people and yell at a game as loud as they can. They are doing this just to get people out of their book and not because they care about the game. Unfortunately, the William Hill staff does nothing about this because you are a tourist and will be gone soon so it is your problem.
