STN Sports at the El Cortez Casino Las Vegas

The El Cortez casino sportsbook is operated by Station Casinos sports betting STN sports. The sportsbook was renovated in May of 2023. There are still 5 betting windows and 3 kiosks available to make your wagers along with the STN sports mobile app. What has changed? New furniture and TVs.

The main TV wall has 20 lounge chairs and 5 large TVs. In the racebook area located in the middle of the sprotsbook there are four large TVs with 18 seats set aside for the racebook. Each of the seats has its own small screen to view the races. To the left of the betting window is another area to watch games. It has 4 screens and 4 lounge chairs. There are 6 small tables with 15 chairs to watch games in this small area.

All in all an upgrade from the previous set up. Be warned. You will need to be betting to be allowed to stay in the sportsbook or racebook. The sportsbook has a $50 minimum active sports wager to sit down. Once your wager is decided you will need to bet again of go stand and watch the games. To sit at one of the racebook chairs you will need to have action on a race and not on a race a couple of hours from now.
