MyBookie.ag NFL $250K SuperContest T&C

Super Contest General Rules

1. All contestants must have a valid MyBookie account to register.
2. The MyBookie SuperContest will begin Thursday, September 7^th, 2023, and ends on Sunday, January 7th, 2024 (provided no games are in delay as per rule 6).
3. The MyBookie SuperContest is based on selecting winning teams against the spread each week of the NFL regular season.
4. The spread for each game is determined by the odds available on the MyBookie.ag Sportsbook. If the odds in the Sportsbook change, the available odds in the SuperContest will also change.
5. The NFL regular season must consist of at least ten (10) weeks for the MyBookie SuperContest to be considered valid. If the regular season is shortened to less than ten (10) weeks, the MyBookie SuperContest will be canceled and all entry fees will be refunded. Quarterly prizes will be awarded as scheduled.
6. If for any reason the NFL season is postponed, contest entries will also be postponed until games resume.
7. All MyBookie.ag House Rules apply to this contest unless otherwise stipulated in these rules.
8. MyBookie.ag reserves the right to cancel this contest or refuse to accept any registration or wager if it could violate any federal, state, or county law, ordinance, or regulation. Furthermore, MyBookie may cancel the contest in the event of technical difficulties or force majeure.
9. Entry fees will not be refunded for reasons other than the cancellation of the MyBookie SuperContest.
10. For contest purposes, all games are action despite a location change. In the event of a game cancellation or postponement, the game must be played by Tuesday of the following week to be applied toward contest standings or the contestant will be awarded zero points for that game.
11. Employees, as well as family and household members of MyBookie employees, may not participate in the MyBookie SuperContest.
12. All contestants agree to grant MyBookie.ag unconditional use of their name and likeness for promotion as/advertising and announcements without compensation, consideration, notice review, or consent.
13. All decisions regarding the interpretation of rules, eligibility, etc. for this contest lie solely with MyBookie.ag whose decisions are final.
14. MyBookie.ag reserves the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time for any reason.
15. MyBookie.ag may disqualify any person from any prize based upon the belief of the possible commission of fraud, dishonesty, violation of contest rules, or other misconduct related to this contest or otherwise.
16. A copy of these rules and any changes will be available at MyBookie.ag/SuperContest throughout the duration of this contest. By registering for the contest, all contestants agree to these rules and any updates to this rule set.

Contest Registration

1. Contestants can participate in the MyBookie SuperContest by purchasing an entry at a fee of $20 per entry.
2. Contestants may purchase a maximum of ten (10) entries into the MyBookie SuperContest. Each entry shall be treated as a separate entry for all purposes, including prize distribution.
3. Entries can only be purchased with real cash funds, which are immediately deducted from the contestant’s account balance at the time of purchase.
4. From August 1st, 2023 to September 11th, 2023, users can buy 2 entries and get 1 free entry.
5. Free entries are included in the total number of entries you may have. Example: 9 paid entries + 1 free entry = a maximum of 10 entries.
6. If you qualify to receive a Free Entry, you can still purchase additional entries so long as you do not exceed the maximum of 10 entries per player.
7. All purchases are final. There are NO refunds. Make sure you double-check your purchase before you confirm the transaction.

Making Picks

1. Contestants must select five (5) NFL teams per entry, per week. Contestants who submit fewer than five selections will only be eligible to receive points for the matchups selected. Contestants who fail to submit their selections will not receive points for the week.
2. Contestants may submit their selections at any point during the NFL week. However, MyBookie will only guarantee the availability of the SuperContest application until 1:00 PM ET each Sunday. Contestants waiting until after 1:00 PM ET to submit or change picks do so at their own risk.
3. Contestants must make their selections online by visiting MyBookie.ag, logging into their account, and accessing the MyBookie SuperContest application. Selections will not be accepted over the phone or by any other method.
4. Selections save automatically with the odds available at the time the selection is made.
5. Contestants may change their selections at any time until a game locks. Each game locks at its scheduled start time and will no longer be available for selection after that time. Once a game locks, the selection is confirmed and cannot be changed.
6. If a contestant removes a selection and the odds for that specific game have changed, the contestant will only be able to re-select that game with the updated, current odds.
7. Contestants may not select the same side twice on a single entry. In the event a contestant has two entries they may select the side of the game on one (1) entry and the same side of the same game for the second entry.
8. Contestants may not select both sides of the same game on a single entry. In the event a contestant has two entries they may select one side of the game on one (1) entry and the opposite side of the same game for the second entry.
9. Each winning selection against the point spread will count as one (1) point on the leaderboard. Ties (pushes) against the point spread count as one-half (0.5) point.
10. The most points you can score in a week is five (5). The most points you can score in a season is ninety (90).
11. The leaderboard will be updated in real-time after every NFL regular season game.
12. The contestants that accumulate the most points during the contest will be deemed the winners based on their position on the leaderboard.

MyBookie Contest Prize Pool Information

1. The final prize pool distribution based on the top 500 scores is:

1. The MyBookie SuperContest also features four quarterly prizes:

1. The quarterly prizes will be paid to the contestants that accumulate the most points during each quarter of the NFL Regular Season.
2. These quarters will be broken down as:
   1. 1st Quarter: Week 1 through Week 4
   2. 2nd Quarter: Week 5 through Week 8
   3. 3rd Quarter: Week 9 through Week 12
   4. 4th Quarter: Week 13 through Week 16
3. If various contestants tie for a prize in the main prize pool, the winnings will be split along with the next lowest prize. Example: If two contestants tie for first with 90 points, they will split the 1st and 2nd Place prizes; the participant with the next highest point total will win the 3rd Place prize.
4. If various participants tie for a quarterly prize pool, the prize will be split evenly among all tying participants.
5. Winnings are awarded as cash with no rollover requirements.

MyBookie 2023 $100K Survivor Contest T&C

General Rules

1. The MyBookie $100K Survivor Contest begins Week 1 (Thursday, September 7th, 2023) of the 2023 NFL regular season.
2. Each week, contestants must select one team to win its game outright. Point spreads are irrelevant.
3. If the selected team wins, the entry remains alive and the contestant selects a team for the following week.
4. If the selected team loses or ties, the contestant entry is eliminated.
5. Once a team is selected for a week, that team is not available for selection for the remainder of the contest.
6. The contestant(s) that selects winning teams the longest, without selecting a losing team, is the $100K Survivor Contest winner.
7. The contest ends on Week 18 of the 2023 NFL season, or when there is only one contestant remaining; whichever comes first. i.e.: If four contestants remain in Week 14 and three contestants select losing teams, the remaining contestant is declared the winner.
8. If the contest ends with no survivors, the contestants with live entries heading into the final week of the contest will split the $100,000 prize. i.e.: If two contestants remain in Week 14 and both select losing teams, those contestants will split the prize pool.
9. If multiple contestants remain alive after Week 18, they will split the $100,000 evenly.
10. If a game is canceled or postponed for any reason and the game is not played before the following Wednesday, both teams scheduled to play in that game will be graded as losers. If you selected either of those teams you will be eliminated from the contest; however, your buy-in will be refunded.
11. MyBookie reserves the right to modify this contest at any time.

Contest Registration 

1. To register for the MyBookie $100K Survivor Contest, members must be logged into their accounts and have sufficient funds to purchase entries.
2. The entry fee for the MyBookie $100K Survivor Contest is $10.
3. You may purchase as many as 10 entries. Funds will be deducted directly from your MyBookie account.
4. Free Entries are included in the total number of entries you may have. Example: 9 paid entries + 1 free entry = a maximum of 10 entries.
5. If you qualify to receive a Free Entry, you can still purchase additional entries so long as you do not exceed the maximum of 10 entries per player.
6. All purchases are final. Please review the number of entries selected before submitting your purchase. The contest closes Monday, September 11^th, 2023, at 8:15 PM ET.
7. Once you have purchased an entry, you will be prompted to create a contest nickname (unless one already exists). You will be identified by this nickname in the Survivor Contest and other contests, not by your Username.
8. If you purchase numerous entries, you will have the same nickname for each. However, next to your nickname will be a number in brackets to represent the number of entries you purchased. A number will be assigned to each entry.
9. When creating a nickname, you are prohibited from using any inappropriate words that may be offensive to others. If you use offensive words, you run the risk of not being allowed to participate in this or any future contests. In addition, your entry fee will not be refunded.
10. From Week 2 forward, each game will lock five minutes before its associated kick-off time.
11. If you do not select a team by Monday, September 11^th,2023, at 8:15 PM ET, your entry will be eliminated from the contest.
12. If you wish to select a team that plays either Thursday or Saturday, you must select that team no later than five minutes prior to the scheduled start of the game.
13. If for any reason the NFL season is postponed, contest entries will also be postponed until games resume.
14. If the NFL season is canceled, Survivor prizes will be awarded to the remaining survivors. No refunds will be awarded.

Making Your Picks 

1. To make your weekly pick, load the appropriate contest entry and check the box of the team you wish to select.
2. Each game locks five minutes before its associated kick-off time.
3. Once a pick is made, the selection may be changed up until the game locks. At this time, the selection is confirmed and may not be changed.
4. Contestants must submit picks for the current contest week before 8:15 PM ET on Monday night.
5. If a contestant does not select a team by this time, the entry will be graded as a loss and eliminated from the contest.
6. If a team is not available for selection this indicates the game has already locked, the team has been selected in a previous week or the team is on a ‘Bye’ week.
7. If there is a ‘W3’ next to a team, this indicates you used this team in Week 3. ‘W4’ indicates you used this team in Week 4, and so on.
8. Once your pick has been submitted, a confirmation will appear on your screen informing you that your entry was submitted successfully.
9. If you still have additional entries open, keep repeating the procedure until you have submitted your picks for each one.
10. Selecting an entry will automatically load the matchups for the current NFL week.

$100,000 Prize 

1. The MyBookie $100K Survivor Contest is a Winner-Take-All contest.
2. If multiple contestants remain alive after Week 18, they will split the $100,000 prize evenly.
3. The $100,000 is awarded as cash.
4. Once a winner is determined, prize money will be deposited into the winner’s accounts within 48 hours.

1. On this page, you will find a list of all entries in the contest.
2. Next to each entry, you will find the team that was selected for every week.
3. If a team is shown with a green check beside it, this represents that the team won their game that specific week. If the team is shown with a red ‘x’ beside it, this represents the team either tied or lost their game. If a large ‘X’ appears in a box, this indicates the entry is eliminated and/or no pick was submitted.
4. By clicking on any nickname, you will be able to see which teams are still available for that entry.
5. Above the list of entries are the up-to-date statistics for the contest. ‘Players’ represents the number of original entries. ‘Eliminated’ represents the total number of entries that have been eliminated. ‘Survivors’ represents the number of entries that are still alive and eligible to make a selection.

1 Bitcoin Contest Overview

1. The Week 8 Crypto Survivor Contest is a Winner-Take-All contest.
2. If multiple contestants remain alive after Week 8, they will split the 1 BTC prize evenly.
3. The contest winner(s) can accept payment of 1 BTC or the cash equivalent transferred to their balance. The price and/or market value of Bitcoin fluctuates. BTC cash equivalent is determined by the BTC spot price at the time the contest ends.
4. The BTC or cash equivalent will be paid within 72 hours of the contest’s end.
